About
Inspired By games such as Zelda Phantom hourglass and FF Tactics Ivebeen working on a 3D map/area/dungeon editor to fit that style of
gaming.
The idea is simple, you use simple predesigned shapes to build your level.
You can also choose whatever texture / image you want for each side of
each shape easily and quickly. Some of the shapes shown below, all
textured the same for this example.

With the textured shapes you can make an level with character & real
original appeal. Add props to spice it up and you get profesional looking
old school appeal in glorious 3D.
Pictured below are a few of the scnery objects included in the beta package

You can paint tiles, or place them slowly and carefully, choosing textures
is quick as well. All preloaded per pack, you select wich pack to load,
then just browse thumbnails in the editor for each side of the shape.
And this is what EasyBuilder is. [A 3D building package with ease of
use to free your creative mind from the complexity of 3D design.
Models are exported in several ways. One model for the tiles, one model
for scenery you want to have collisions with, and one model for scenery
you do not want collisions with, such as small peices of grass or bushes
perhaps.. You choose what has collisions and what does not as you
place them. You can export several areas and peice them together for a
massive overview adventure landscape. The average tile exported
model uses only one 512x512 texture! Exports to .B3D model forma for
easy use in Blitz3D / BlitzMax.
Pictured below is an in editor shot followed by a shot rendering in Blitz3D with cel outlines added
This is the beta version of Easybuilder, more features are comming, as
well as many more professional textures and 3D Props.
