This tool for windows helps you to give the last pro aspect to your executables before they are released.

Current version supports icon integration and a compression utility that will decrease (optionaly) the size of the final executable and a Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro Plug-In that will enable the 'Save as ICO'.
The compression ratio is even better than WinZip or WinRar as it uses the NRV compression algorithm, and the EXEs generated doesn't have to be decompressed, is is just smaller EXEs.
