..hey guys, can you recommend some good and freeware registry cleaner, if any?

Auslogic Registry Defrag?

RegCleaner and RegScrub have been the most popular for many years. I used to use one of them, can't remember which one - I am pretty sure it was RegScrub. I now use Registry Mechanic - which is not freeware.

"RegSeeker" is my favourite. Too many others are limited in their scope and too much is automated to trust.

Really it depends what it is you wish to clean?
If it's simply redundant entries then pretty much any of the avbove (notable CCleaner is a good ione) will do the job.

MRU lists and usage tracks etc. can be cleared up quite well too by mal-ware- removal - type progs such as Ad-Aware or Spybnot S&D.
For MRU's too, BC Wipe can be very useful, but will not catch all of them.

TrashReg is perhaps useful for some locked keys.

Autoruns is handy, though geared towards startup and dependency keys. It allows for 'disabling' keys (creating backups) so if you make a mistake, you can easily re-enable them.

Again, depending on what you want it for, really.
