Anyone using AdAware getting this?

I have just uninstalled Adware AE Edition but a file called aaw7boot keeps getting created in my C: directory. After a quick Google search I have found that it is related to the AdAware boot cleaner but I still cannot remove it as it reapppears each time I reboot despite manually being deleted.

No biggie, just annoying and I want to remove it.

Any help would be great.

Have you left it there and rebooted again. Maybe it is somethign that needs to clean up one more time on the next reboot.

This is just conjecture, I have no idea.
