G'day all -

I'm keen to improve my modeling skills and would like to contribute to the community,

If you had the option to choose between a free*/low cost placeholder environmental model
would there be more demand for which of the following:

1. Interior Sci Fi 'Installation/Complex'

2. Fantasy Dungeon Interior

There are a few content packs I've seen online including groups of houses, weapon packs,
individual vehicles and characters but very few 'complete' levels.

Personally I'm leaning more towards the sci fi level but would like to do either as I currently
don't have a particular game project I'm working on for myself.

*free - as long as licensing issues with textures I've bought allow me to release a model for
free which I've textured with their textures.

I'm intending to make them for the purpose of being generic placeholder art that looks
okay, in b3d format

sci-fi plz

Number two!

Scifi. There are a million and one fantasy packs already.

Good, I was hoping to make something Sci Fi. That's what it will be then, not sure how long it will take though...

Set yourself a goal, say 2 weeks for a small pack consisting of 8-12 models.. That's roughly 4 models a week, at lets say 2 hours a model, 8 hours a week, 16 hours in 2 weeks, not bad, considering if your anything like me, I can spend 16 hours infront of my computer and not get ONE thing done.

Put me down for Dungeon. Tons of Sci-Fi stuff out there, for that genre, the models need to be more specific, not generic.

in b3d format
Any chance you would actually consider a usable format?

I'll probably end up doing both, but will begin with the Sci Fi.

I can export to other formats than b3d, but thought that as the users here would most likely be using blitz3d this would be most relevant.
