which free web site?

Which free web hosting would you choose for:

1.easy to set up forum
2.able to upload your own html or php files

I wouldnt really use a free one if its for anything serious, more likely to be php limited with no mysql.

I wouldn't bother with free either. I use 1&1 and their hosting starts at $4 a month, you pay every 6 months. Or get something like dreamhost that even offers SVN version control for $5.95 per month.
