L3DT with Blitz

A while back some Blitz user had posted a screenshot of an island he created with L3dt, THE MAPPING PROGRAM.
I've forgotten his name. If anyone knows what or who I am talking about, please have him contact me.

I want to know how he went about converting the images he created with that program to Blitz3d style.

..i do have that program as well as source of all examples, including system running behind..unfortunately I never got to have editor necessary to generate some scripts loaded in to source, for management of any other data but provided examples..too bad..
