Stuntman XBox 360 Ignition

picked this up for 17 quid today, initial impressions are it is very well done.

I was a fan of the quite hard stuntman on the ps2, and am pleased with the evolution of the game.

On a similar car theme- I've just read a review of a swish jag that'll do naught to 60 in less than six seconds and return an average of 42mpg ***grins ear to ear***

Ain't technology brilliant! some folks might argue its engineering - but i'm sure most folks realise its a meeting of the 2 disciplines to arrive at such appealing fuel consumption figures in 4 door luxury... oh yeah its the diesel variant by the by.

Yes! My entire student house was obsessed with stuntman last year, boys and girls alike. If you haven't played the multiplayer yet, get some friends round.

My son and daughter were playing the two player mode this morning - great fun. Took my son go-karting for the 1st time today (he's 9) - he loved it - small stumbling block - he wants one for his birthday - a go kart that is.

I have the original Stuntman on PS2. A muchly under-rated game, imho.

@Gfk, yeah stuntman on PS2 was under-rated - quite hard to achieve certain aspects - you'd to be inch perfect to achieve some goals. Not sure I can say the same for stuntman ignition - there appears to be six levels that my son has conquered already - he only started playing it yesterday - and we spent the majority of the day out of the house.

I haven't played it much myself - the visuals are well done and there is a bit more scope for not staying so rigidly to the beaten track as the PS2 original. There is a constructor mode which my kids have had fun with... alas gaming is becoming a spectator sport for me!
