My business CRM tool page - your opinion

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/My business CRM tool page - your opinion

I've developed a number of online tools in which I'm planning on selling subscriptions to, one of which is a business CRM system that can integrate with websites and Facebook applications to monitor relations with cusomers. What I would like to ask if for you to take a look at the page on my website and provide some feedback in terms of if you believe it describes the system well enough and any features you would add to the page to increase the number of enquiries - I will be adding a button soon that will open a contact us form.

You can check the page at the following:

http://www.nextpoint.co.uk/webtools/crm-information-system/

Some considerations:

1. the navigation top-bar has a problem with 'mouse over': I see a 'red-brown' rect, it doesn't fit very well on the first and last item of the bar (nextpoint and Contact are rounded box, while the over is a rect...)

2. too much text to read...

I'm not a Facebook/Myspace user, but I believe your message should be more 'graphic' and direct: I will use some 'facebook/myspace mockup' (if possible) - maybe a flash animation - to explain what your application really do, how it can/could works, what are the real benefits for your customers.

Just curious... What does this offer in comparison to something like Sugar or Splendid (or even Nuke.. .Net variant or otherwise)

Just curious as the company I oversee development for might be interested in a CRM in the near future...

Thanks degac for your feedback - I will add some type of gallery click through at some point.

RocketGnome - The WebTools platform (of which Contacts CRM is part of) has been designed to empower and interact with external website platforms, so not only can you collect data from sources, you can also manage web based applications on Facebook or your own website. One example of this is the following:

The front end website integrates with the WebTools platform, of which all employers and job seekers can be managed by WebTools.

We're still adding features to the tool, so feel free to let us know what features are most important to you. You can e-mail us at contact@... if interested.

I've written down your email address and I'll certainly pass you on to management as an option. Apologies in advance if our discussion of business here violates the rules. I know I was looking for a developer in Florida here the other day and my post was locked (to be fair, I guess I didn't specifically say that was the intent of the post).

Thanks for taking my details - it's very much appreciated.
