I love the fact that it can dual-boot. That should mean you can very quickly jump into the browser and be up and running in under 10 seconds. System specs are super-low too

I think the whole package is an ultra-compact Linux installation geared towards net connection. Hence, the bootup straight into a modded Firefox (with Chrome skin). Nice move


Yes. Very nice! - Although Splashtop is Motherboard-based whereas gOS is an independent O/S installation

Do any of these let you work in the browser while a real OS boots in the background? So you can switch back and forth between them?

In the near future, the desktop will be the browser. Running a local program or a program over the internet will be transparent to the user. :)
