Looking for something like Texture Wobbler

I need some animated water textures. I'm looking for a software much like texture wobbler in the toolbox but I need something bugfree. I can't even run texture wobbler most of the time(Unable to create 3D scene).

So simply what I want is, creating an animated texture from a static water texture. If you know any software I'll appreciate it.

This application is really nice, thanks. But I need to animate my own image, cause it's a normal map.

Why not just use caustics generator to create a black and white (depthmap) image.

Then convert that to a normal map.
