Strange IE Vista problem

I`ve just started to get this really annoying problem with IE7 on Vista.

The window is stopping short of the fullscreen when in maximzed mode and I can see the desktop at the bottom. See pic.



Am I missing somthing obvious? I haven`t changed any settings at all.

Any advice would be most welcome. Has this happened to anyone else?

Now that I've got that off my chest, erm...

Try setting the screen res to a smaller size, open/close IE (See what it does for a larf), then reset it back to the original screen res size, then reopen IE again.

If that works, borked (But fixed) registry key somewhere, and if it doesnt... rub your chin/iron your keyboard (Delete as required)

You could also try resizing and/or moving the taskbar as well, but im guessing this isnt a desktop issue as that would make all windows have the same problem.

Corned Beef() returns a MAV on my toast.
