Nice work with so little polys! I think the original lara croft model used around 200-300 polygons.

very good, I used to be obsessed with trying to get a low-poly model
but I was always useless at texturing

I think you can improve the first "idle"\"breathing" animation, it's got a definite "up" and "down" sessions to it. You can improve that (adding a bit more keyframes) to make the loop more seamless.
