Website Design Marketplace?

Does anyone know of a website that accepts website designs for others (companies/individuals/etc) to bid on or buy? If not, is there any way to have someone buy your website design for use on their website?

Is SitePoint a popular/well-known site?

I don't know, but what you may want to do is act like a customer, try to find places to purhase websites and then on those websites see if they have a section for designers. ?
