Decent vector Clip Art sites?

Any recommendations for decent vector clip art sites? By decent I mean well organised, with a large amount of clip art and a well implemented search facility.

http://www.shutterstock.com/ seem good, but I was after something with cheaper pricing options. £149 for 1 month's access is out of my price range!

Let's take it a step beyond vector art. Anyone know of any decent fantasy art sites?

http://openclipart.org has a bunch of svg files. Might be worth a look.
