Nature is amazing.
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Nature is amazing. Awesome screenshots from Far Cry 2 in the first link. </lame attempt to make this computer related>
I should of put Off Topic in the subject.
I just thought those were cool pictures, and that first one has nothing to do with Far Cry 2.

..i cant agree about comment of photographer that croc has "huge weight and strength"..as i can see from pics, its not longer than this cat...and to me its kind a skinny crappy croc...i heavily doubt that cat can do a thing to adult croc...i have seen in malaysian rainforest shots of huge beast (croc) almost 9 meters long..this one here is some poor lil thing caught on open..
Sweet jesus on a pogo-stick! Anyone else besides me who suffers from arachnophobia? Should have a big banner warning before that spider link! :)
(I didn't read the url properly, I just clicked it...)

LOL... the cat thing eating the reptile thing is nice photography.
thanks for the picture links, glad some people are left in awe of nature. Truly is amazing seeing things that we aren't used to seeing.
lol@Dabhand - I'd like to see that ! - lol
The rabbit one made me laugh. I'm a fan of that bird now.
I don't like nature and I think that's pretty sick.

What's so sick about it? What people do is sick, what animals do is natural and those pictures show nature at it's best!
I don't know, I can't see the fun in seeing another individual -man or animal- die. It is a hars statement that I don't like nature, and I didn't really mean that. Nature can be vulgair, twisted and mean, but I do however appreciate the mathematical principles, shapes and colours in it.
I see, I too am not a fan of seeing any death but when things so unusual and unexpected happen in nature I feel it's a sight to behold, even if it does seem so cruel.
I hope that bird chokes.
years ago i watched some bird of prey chasing a flock of pidgeons around the manchester skyline
even though i knew it was hunting it was quite peacefull to watch the flowing winged rats panic like that
i know that part of an animal is in the meat i eat, yet i dont need or want to see the slaughter house bits inbetween field and plate, but animals, predators, they dont have the luxury of supermarkets and pre processed food, nature needs predators to keep the balance in check, if all animals were grazers most would starve.
what does annoy is well fed cats still killing birds just to show that they can, if ours (when i had a cat) ate the bloody thing after it dragged it in still just about alive, i wouldnt mind, but no, it would just say "look what i caught, now open a tin will you."

That's just cats' nature. See: the fable of the scorpion and the frog. our other cat (lives with my brother) is petrified of towels

My other halfs parents dog hates step ladders... If anyone walks in the house with a pair, they'll have no legs left.
Any other time, shes as soft as the muck.
