I have a few good books about XHTML and php and other CODING aspects of creating a website.
Though, my design skills are lacking quite a bit, my designs look "resonable" to me, but I want them to look much more appealing then they turn out. Can anyone out there point me in the direction of some good books/tutorials having to do with appealing layouts/color schemes/design principles? In other words the LOOK of a website.
Preferably ones that target websites, not other things like clothing, and architecture.
