Hi, I've just finished setting up a classified ads site for people to post their game development related ads.

If you have any game development related products or services you wish to promote, feel free to post up an ad there. Advertising is currently free.

Aren't classified ads usually used for trading?

Is this for buying and selling resources for games then? Maybe selling licences for software you don't need anymore?

I think this is an awesome idea. If it catches on and becomes popular, I can see this becoming extremely useful.

Not sure what your asking there, markcw. It's a bit like asking 'isn't water wet?'. You've left me a bit confused.


It's for posting ads for anthing game development related. You can post ads to sell second-hand game development related software licenses, as long as you have the legal right to do so.


So post some ads, Puki, and fill it up. :) It's a fresh site, and I started this topic to encourage people to start posting their ads there. Once the site has a few ads up, I'll begin promoting it more heavily.


It's not targetted to any particular programming language, but to game development in general. I may set up sections for specific programming languages in future, particularly in relation to contract work and employment.

This is actually something i've been looking for, excellent layout by the way.
To bad the site is still pretty empty, i'll check again later.
