Milkshape tutorial

Hey guys, I'm a beginner at MilkShape3D, and I'm wondering if there are any good tutorials to get me up to speed?

Check out Psionics Low-Poly tutorials. They are great for beginners and he uses MilkShape 3D in them if I recall correctly. He also has a MilkShape 3D basics section too. Very handy :)
