I've got the megadrive sensible soccer / cannon fodder / meglomania 'games console' that you plug into your tele, it's brilliant! Put 4AAs in it and you're away!

to make it worth a purchase it should have more games and some SNES as well

Big drawback is it doesn't have a cart slot to load more games. You have to stick with what's built in, they missed a trick there by not having some built in memory to download more games to from an online store. Sort of like a handheld virtual console like Nintendo look to be doing with the new DSi console.

Just picked one up off eBay for 43 USD. Thanks for posting about it.

My friend had a Nomad and we used to take it whenever we went to marching band competitions. Played a lot of Madden NFL 95. Good times.

Too bad it doesn't play the old games, and I doubt it has Madden 95.
