No, he'd overhype it, "You know when I get to orbit, they'll be aliens spaceships flying around, and I'll be able to fire heat vision out my eyes!"
But then when he finally get's there it'll be very similar to everything you've seen before and nothing special.
Speaking of which, the mini palor games they released on xbla as teasers for fable 2 are so boring I could cry.
The last interview i remember with Peter was the he said he now knows of all the things he did wrong and now he knows how to focus on the right things and how to do it right. The bad thing is that i can remember him saying this not only this time. :O)
I think he made a few very nice games like Populous and Dungeon Keeper and whilst most of his games weren't good at all you have to admit that at least he did a few original ones and not just clones.

I have much respect for mr garriot. Every RPG i play is set against the ultima saga for worthyness.
If i were him i would prefer to hang on to my cash (and spread it about) incase my bank goes broke :D
