Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Wmv to DVD format Use a DVD mastering tool, the ones that let you make a menu and stuff for the front end too. Most DVD drives come with one for free, check the disk yours came with.
Nerovision Express does this very well. Comes included with Nero.
Like Banshee said, you often get an OEM copy of Nero that only works with the drive it came bundled with. That'll do the job nicely.
Don't bother with the Roxio one. Its poop.

Also, keep in mind that depending on the source of the WMV you may not be able to make a DVD out of it at all, since it's possible for them to have all kinds of fun DRM restrictions on them...
