The Suffering released for free

Hi there,
Midway is offering the 2004 horror action/adventure The Suffering for free. May be a sign that most AAA titles don't sell for more than a few months from launch (besides, probably it's sequel ate all the sales from the first one), but it's a very generous offer from Midway being the game so recent and well received.

The game in fact reached 77 on Metacritic, so it should be well worth a look. I didn't have the chance to play it when it came out, so I may well be do it now... If I find the time. :)

Probably rubbish like most survival horror games. Surprised anyone finds these games entertaining really.

probably one of those games best played at midnight, alone and in a dark room.

Yeah I found it surprisingly good! Kind of feels like a mix between what FEAR plus Bioshock would have been 5 years ago.

I quite like the idea of the games being free, supportd by Ads. it's no worse than watching terestrial telly.

..i was unable to get any cheat codes for game..I wanna transform and hack 'n slash all bastards around a bit longer than i have provided with HUD :)
