BLIde advanced documenter?

Please could someone who uses BLIde Plus explain what the advanced module documenter does as I cannot seem to see it explained in the docs.

I think it builds the documentation without (re)building the modules.

I think its just the same as the module builder, but you can build individual docs for a module instead of having to rebuild every time?
