Supercool. Check it out: http://www.youtube.com/experiencewii

that scared the hell out of me when the site smashed. Cool though, is it javascript physics?

it's a gigantic flash movie

Wow. It was a give away when I couldn't click the full screen button, which I like always do...

But yeh very impressive. I thought EA did something cool with RA3 but Ninty went above and beyond on this one.

you can re-run the video again tho and it shakes even more

Hehe... you can drag the stuff around too (apparently it has some sort of physics simulation) :)

Just crashes the flash player for me. Never seen that before.

wow...that was really cool. :)

LOL awesome.

yeah ! - cooool !!! :)

That was great! :D

that's very cool, took me a minute to realise what was going on.

I wanna know how they did the physics, and drawing stuff at wierd angles, esp. the video.

Sweet!

Well, for a start, they obviously collaborated with YouTube to do this, so they probably had access to things that most people wouldn't. So that's cheating. =]

But I guess each element of the YouTube page is able to be contained - think a well formatted html page linked to a css file. Ninty have then gone and implemented each section into a flash environment and then flash animates each section with some rediculous physics.

I just figured out you can also control objects using your mouse.

Yeah, I just noticed the whole thing is a flash player, that would explain it.

good find peter, we need more posts like this !!! :)

is there anyway to download it ? thanks ! :)

Cute.

Reminds me a little of this one: http://producten.hema.nl/

I remember that one!

love the name of the radio on the producten one "ghetto blaster" haha

mtnhome3d: that really is what they're commonly called...

Ironically, it crashed on my Chrome browser (doesn't Google own YouTube?)

Worked well in IE though.. very cool. Nice to see a high-profile 2D platformer...

(doesn't Google own YouTube?)
Yep, lol.
