Pre Canada Blitzer's get together

For British folks, or anyone that fancies a trip to englandshire.....

It's been suggested in the past, dunno if it ever came off, but before one of the Blitzers leaves the U of K for other climes, how about a Blitzers get together in lets say Wolverhampton area (I'm actually 110 miles north east of here but am willing to make the journey to a more central location).

So, the timeframe will be 6th Oct to end of Oct (ish), the suggested venue is Wolverhampton / West Midlands - maybe as far south as Bath / Swindon at a BIG push, or maybe as far north as Manchestershire. Thats a bit of a catchment area....

Any Blitzers that fancy a get together for an Oktoberfest, please post your county, & your restaurant of choice. I'll start the options:

1. I reside near Lincoln but am willing to travel to West Midlands.
2. Food of choice: Indian, Greek (Mezzai), Tai, Chinese, Fish'n'chips, Wetherspoons.

I'm meeting some Indies in Woking on Sat 18th of Oct (we're mainly from the South) so I probably can't do another meetup in Oct (also got loads of Aikido on). When setting these things up my experience seems to be that people won't travel too far so it's almost best to do one in the South and one in the North. Although the last one was in Birmingham which is relatively central.
