What is the Blitz VM?

There don't appear to be many BlitzPlus users around anymore -- mostly because BlitzMax is so much better at it.

I still use BlitzPlus and BLitz3d and (sorry) BlitzMax but I still use BLitzplus for powerful and simple gui programs.
