Can I play Video Files?

I can't seem to find what the code is for playing a video file (if one exists). I'm programming with B3D right now. Is there a video file function or not?

Wait a minute, B3D isn't seeming to recognize any of the DirectShow functions... is this a bug or did I do something wrong, cause all I did was copy the tutorial code, noticed how none of the functions were in that blueish color, ran for errors, and it said "Function not Found"
