Looks like a graphics card/driver problem to me too. Try turning down the hardware acceleration in troubleshooting under video options and see if it changes anything (i assume this option is still available in vista). If it does then its either the card or driver like plash said. It could also be vista -trying- to handle OpenGL correcly or something related to that (im not sure what 3DWS uses :/).
Yay. Another "I hate vista" thread. We get the message, Plash. Use XP if you don't like it but for God's sake stop trying to blame it for the problems of the entire world.
Bit harsh considering it very well could be 'vista related', regardless of weather it or a 3rd party is to blame .
(ie, Vista+OpenGL or vista drivers for his card).
