This one has been known for a while. If you can get an encrypted pc thats hibernated or asleep you simply wake it up, turn it off and on, then use a bootable tool to dump the ram which is not cleared for a few minutes after a power down and get the key from that.
The company i am contracted to use "Safeboot" and we have been on trainings about this. Users can no longer hibernate or suspend. This is of course much to users' disgust because with all the other security systems in place (AV, complience, firewall) those still with centrinos/1 core are waiting 20 minutes just for windows to boot and become useable!
