VMWare & Ubuntu 8.04

Does anyone else have compiler problems with Ubuntu when run in VMWare - specifically, when you go to build (or build all), BlitzMax just hangs...

I do have the VMWare Tools installed, but even with that removed, it makes no difference.

What version of BlitzMax are you using?

What version of the IDE are you using? Are you using the new test build?

Using 1.3 of BlitzMax with the latest IDE test.

It works fine with Fedora and CentOS - the VMWare Ubuntu (8.04) is the only one with the problem!
