BMax 1.30 Icon problem

After installing version BMax version 1.30 all of the files I create look like this on the desktop. Is there a way I can get the default icon back, i.e. not with the white background seen below?



Any help is much appreciated.

Control Panel -> Folder Options -> File Types, find BMX in the list, and click advanced (or if it doesn't exist, create it).
