IDE hotkey customization

Where would I find information on customizing the hotkeys for the IDE?

I really prefer Ctrl-LeftArrow and Ctrl-RightArrow to be word-left and word-right, instead of tabbing between pages. :)

I'd use Marks community editor (it's stickied in the beginner thread). Much better than the supplied IDE and ctrl right arrow works as you'd expect it to.

If you're a Windows max beginer, I would recommend you also to take a look to BLIde :D http://www.blide.org

Or in MaxIDE, just tick the "Use OS Specific Shortcuts" box in the IDE options (File->IDE Options), and restart the IDE.
