According to Ign Australia, there might be legal issues if Aussies try and import it.

I really wish we would just get an R rating for games down here!
I can totally understand the reasons for not having one, but I don't agree with them, as kids can (and do) get 18+ games through other means anyway.

When todays gamer generation grows up and get to rule the country, these types of games will be accepted, but whatever the kids to at that point in time will be banned.
