You might like "Dawn of the DAUS":

DAU is the German acronym for "dümmster anzunehmender user", which roughly translates to "the presumably stupidest user".

HAHAHAHAHAH..oh myyyy

not sure about the german one, but the first one was cool. Especially with how he's sat playing Halo while working.

I used to sit playing games while I worked on freeserve support. Ah, back in the day.

I've just started an IT support job and the first video had me laughing so much I was crying.

My favorite highlights:
"What's your password?"
"A.... Like in Apple"

"look, I dont want to get into an IT telephony conversation with you"

"How many times did you reboot"
"3 man, you always tell me to do 3"

"I'm just saying that that's what nancy said you did last time"

"How am I supposed to get to the internet without AOL?"

"There's no arrange by penis...."

"omg your moving my mouse....."

"I use all these programs..... "

HEHE

"You can't arrange icons by p***!" - Funny

That was awesome! There needs to be an extension where the guy flips out because he can't interact with his icons.

Lol, welcome to my day.... except i cant play halo (nazi policy) and theres no fedora or osx involved :(

This one appeared after it which was quite amusing too:

saw the starwars helpdesk one last year
"this is the captain, i ordered tea earl grey but its not hot"
"how many times do i have to tell you its the star WARS help desk STAR WARS"

Loved the zombie one...

Wow thats great

Many tech support people (and teachers as well) just aren't used to explain a concept in many different ways. Teaching simple computer concepts two or three times straight can be frustrating, but I never ha to left a lesson with a confused user. As soon as you are able to let the user understand the nature of the problem, you are done... I always found abusive and not helpful to resort to this behaviour; he could actually have completed successfully this conversation in half the time. I know that everyone does this work for need and not vocation, but it should be avoided if you are not suited to treat people gently, and some people are just too sociopathic for this job. That said, it's hard to find someone which kept up with help desk for more than one year straight... companies should rotate such roles to reduce the overall stress.

That one was in the same vein of a Monty Python sketch! XD
