the hands on the girl look detail-less and the warriors armor plates looks bulgy plus the girls feet need a good foot texture, not the same as the dress.
Not sure what you mean by bulgy, but this armour is taken from real world armour, and is exactly 'as is'
I take on your note about the hands though, it seems i overlooked an incorrect texture part on the hands, before posting the picture

i like the anims on both especially the kick one on the warrior. the "bulgyness" might be a normal map problem cause i remeber you saying some where it has normals and they can do that.
