Tutorials wanted

Well, I am not sure if this is the correct forum but I am looking for a guy to make full documentation and 3 good video tutorials (with voice) for the application Unlimited Drop Pro.

2. The format of Videos must be suitable for online viewing (reduced size)
3. A note about videos: I will need a version with better quality to include in the distribution package.

I suppose here is as good a place as any, but somethings you just gotta do yourself me thinks.

I only need a man who can manage better than me English and can write an attractive and well structured HTML help file to explain all the futures of an application.
If someone cannot go with video tutorials, no problem.
