bank holiday = rediscover GTA Vice City joy

yeah, i know its almost 'ancient history' now GTA IV is out but:

1. my telly blew up 2 months ago excuse for hdtv - yay
2. no danger of any funds for next gen console for a bit
3. all things come to those who wait
4. GTA vice city music is cool
5. It looks great on my new 42" HDTV
6. I can actually see the map / radar thingy at the bottom left

I've seen GTA IV briefly at a friends house recently... yes, very nice, I never got around to completing GTA Vice City. I've got san andreas as well.... saving that for later....

Rockstar games - are gods! Bringing arcade action to the masses.

I enjoyed this game until it got hard and every time I died I had to redo loads of mission and watch cut scenes without the ability to skip on the PS2 - I'm too busy for that, shame as it was pretty neat.

Friend of mine has GTA IV for XBox360 and just picked up San Andreas for £5 off a stall and is well pleased.

I found that game to be way more fun than GTA VC. I just recently beat it actually. I think my time playing the game was around 35 hours when I finished. Last I heard the guys at Rockstar who made that game can beat it in 6 hours. I think they have me beat. :3
