When is the next patch availble?

It's been ages now. I'm still on 102 and have lots of users reporting issues with my game that I cannot replicate and suspect are B3dSdk bugs.

I hear SVN mentioned. I presume it is some kind of BETA patch system? Have there been many fixes since 102 and if 103 is not on it's way how can I get the latest build.
