I want to create an FTP account to give a limited access to a user, but I don't know how to do it.
My provider is FreeWebs and I downloaded FileZilla client and server application.
I inform all those who probably have FreeWebs as provider that I have already downgraded my account to HTML mode.
Any help will be much appreciated

You'd really have to ask freewebs -- although in my experience most of the free hosting places don't allow you to set up additional FTP logins to the same account, that's typically a feature they like to charge extra for.
I'd recommend getting a good host, since I doubt Freewebs is going to give you that kind of control for free. I personally recommend
Hole in the Wall Hosting, since they've been very good to me.
I didn't mention that I have a premium account which means it is not a free hosting.
The fact remains, this is something you'd need to ask freewebs for.
FTP logins are server-side configurations, so either your provider will need to do it for you, or they have some custom interfadce where they let you log in and do it yourself... but us mere mortals won't be able to tell you exactly how to do that on their systems.
