I really like this. I think it shows how graphic artists of the past used a technical disadvantage to good effect. Some of those images actually look better with the filter on, just goes to show, we weren't really missing out on anything. If this came as a toggle effect I could set in windows for my apps, I would turn it on for any retro games I played.
