Deleting Projects

Can anyone tell me how I can delete old projects from showing up in the sidebar? I can't figure it out for the life of me.

File / Project Manager. Highlight project and click Remove.

Thanks tonyg. I was trying to select it and delete it, go into the file heirarchy to delete it.
