3d World Studio Import

Hey there.

How to import a .X or .3DS Model in my 3d world studio level?

Have you read the manual?

Put it under
"Z:\Program Files\3D World Studio\Models\YourFolder"

Then load it from Mesh Browser in the program.

No I doesn't work.
I think it only can load a .smf model and .stf textures. What is this for shit???

You have to convert your mesh/s first with the conversion tool that should be supplied.

Ah do u mean : ConvertModels.exe??

But that program doesn't work. I have to select a directory. But if I choosed a directory where the models are , nothing happends.

NO, i haven't read But i haven't got a manual. please, be nice to me and tell me where I can find that damn manual?

Go to your start bar shortcut to 3DWS and click on the Users Guide. Or, press F1 while in the program.

Look in the directory, it has converted the models. But the
tool gives no feedback about what it has done. Really crazy.
This (and that the Demo can' t export) was why I stopped
testing 3DWS.
