Tabula Rasa

Hey guys,
Any of you guys play Tabula Rasa? I just started playing it. It's pretty fun! I can't say it's comparable to WOW, but it's got some promise.
I prefer games that you don't have to pay for, otherwise, I probably would of tried it.
I played it a lot during beta.
Its a very interesting game and has surely potential. But it will take a year or more even now until it is fully capable to be a great game as with most games Richard Garriot has designed.
Question is if NCSoft will push that funding in. They already made the second "free to play week" for previous subscribers and beta testers ... so I guess if it continues like that it will go the same way as the now offline MMO car combat game (don't know the name anymore)
I played it for a few weeks when it first came out. It was fun, but seemed to be lacking stability.
I liked the way that the enemy could overrun bases etc, which reminded me a lot of planetside (grossly undervalued by Sony), which had some great battles.
The fact that Garriot is behind it gives it a special appeal to me. I've played (and quit! but only to come back again) Ultima Online so many times..
Yeah good old UO. I played UO for 10 years and just quit 2 months ago.
Tabula Rasa is cool for a while. Then it stops being interesting.
It looks cool on screenshots but it's boring to play. They should have done a great sf roleplaying game instead. I hope that one after each other those mmo games run out of money and they learn their lessons from it. Nowadays there are just too many of them around.
