Free Web Design/Publishing Software

I need to make a basic website to promote my music which will be sold though share-it.

Does anyone have a recommendation for software that I can design and upload some web pages with?

Downloading Serif free one atm.

One thing that might be usefull is Joomla, available on http://www.joomla.org/

It helps you create a professional website in minutes, just need a webhost with a database and something to upload the files.

The great thing about is that there are lot's of modules/extensions available and it's easy to maintain.
There are also lot's of templates available.
