Renting Games in Holland?

I was talking to a friend of mine who lives in the Netherlands and he wanted to try renting games for his 360.

Anyway after some searching he says he can't find anything game rental services in the Netherlands and it looks like it's impossible to do that in NL. This doesn't seem like it can be right to me, The Netherlands is generally usually more liberal and open-minded with it's policies then most places, surely renting games is possible. Pariticularly with the Netherlands being so densly populated it's ideal for postal renting.

Unfortunatly my dutch is terrible so it's hard for me to search myself, can anyone recommend a good game and/or game/dvd rental service in the the Netherlands?

Well, I haven't rented a game for years. The Videoland always had games for rent, although for a high price but you would always need to go to the store and pick one out there. They never did any postal renting.

I believe renting games turned out of fashion once the PS2 hit the stores. Games were much more expensive then before and renting a PS2 games expensive as well.

I know there were a couple of sites who tried to fill this gap in the market. But it turned out that there never ever was a gap. No one rented games online.

Wierd, renting is growing quicky in the UK and I would have the NL would be a similar case as the high population density makes postal renting very cost effective.
I'd have thought with the high cost of retail games in NL more people would be renting. I suppose it could be something you've yet to see in the Netherlands yet. Online/Postal Renting wasn't very popular in the UK until 2006/7 but it has grown hugely in the last 2 years to account for the majority of dvd/game rentals while leaving the high street rental services floundering.

There's a site in Belgium my friend could use as long as they are ok sending stuff to NL and back.

Well the postal renting just wouldn't get off the ground here. Now I must say I live up north so I don't know how it'll be in the bigger cities, but I figure it's somehow the same.
