Hotmail problem

Does hotmail sometimes not forward emails?

I've had a buyer complain of not recieving his serial code/download link. Thing is, I sent the details to his hotmail address a day ago.

Does hotmail often block emails?

Depends what level their spam filter is set too i guess. I've had people set their spam filters to only people in their contacts list and not know they've done that.

And if it is his spam filter, I guess I wouldn't receive an email blocked message ;(

If it persists, I wonder if I could set up a hotmail for myself and send from there?

i rarely check my junk folder

but if ive ordered something online and await a conformation email id be dumpster diving if it got me the mail i was after

cos you cant just email em saying "im blocked from your inbox" because your blocked from his inbox
and its going to be a never ending circle of rattier and rattier emails till he susses out that hes probably got it in his junk folder

I'll nip home from work and check if he's responded.

Also, does anyone have any suggestions about automating the Paypal process?

So that paypal receives payment and then an email or webpage is generated with a download link and serial code (from a list of serial codes), and the purchaser has access to that immediately.
