Custom avatar routine/code

Hey,

I am looking for someone to write a custom avatar / character designer. This should be written in BlitzMax and include the ability to customize

male/female
hair style (at least 10)
hair color (at least 10)
skin color (at least 10)
face type (at least 10)
facial hair (at least 5)
facial hair color (same tones as hair color)
shirt (at least 10)
shirt color (at least 10)
pants (at least 10)
pant color (at least 10)
dress (female) (at least 10)
dress color (female) (at least 10)
