Yahoo! considers buying AOL to strengthen postition against Microsoft

Microsoft and News Corp are in talks this week in regards to the take hostile takeover of Yahoo. Industry experts recently said that Yahoo is running out of options when it comes to Microsoft’s offer. The talks between Microsoft and Yahoo officials have not progressed with Yahoo twice rejecting Microsoft’s offer to Yahoo board members. Microsoft too is eager to acquire Yahoo.

They should sit down and use all that time & money to actually innovate, develop and improve some of their own stuff, instead of buying up everyone else's bits and peices and bashing it together like some ugly contemporary technology sculpture.

Intel should leave the GPU stuff to nVidia. I've had one or two intel graphic cards before and I wasn't impressed by them. But there CPU's have got a lot better.
