Artists HELP!

Having big issues sourcing a good 2D artists for my "adventures of lolo" style puzzle game... I have PM'd most of the guys on indiegamer.com but they are either busy or the rates are way above my budget.

Any of you guys know of a good resource or indivdule(s).

Do you have any screenshots or samples to show so we can see what style of graphics you want?
